This version adds:
- The first Anal Escalation scene
- A new Bondage Escalation scene
- A new Exhibitionism Escalation scene

- A new good ending

Only if that was your final option. If all options/scenes in the current version have been played it drops you back to the main menu. Since the order you play most scenes in is decided by the player it's not possible to give a warning since many scenes may be your last one.

Quick question, after the dinner scene with the vibrator in the game drops back to the main menu without any warning. Is that supposed to happen?
