The positioning of the Suspenders (if I decide to include them) will definitely be a huge factor to consider, as wider does seem to look better. :)

I like the wider suspenders you drew on #3, but I feel like angle is off. It's too close to neck on #2.

I like #3 it has a real "schoolgirl" feel for me, my thought on the suspenders is have you thought about going wide around the breasts? Like it would push the breasts tighter together with an illusion of being bigger

I do like the suspenders/ braces, although I'm not really loving them on the all-in-one dress designs (especially when there is already so much happening visually).

My only real tripidation with the shoulder puffs, are if the look will end up falling more into a sissy-styling, rather than bubbly bimbo.

These three are the best set yet! I’m going to be contrary and say I like both 1 and 3 more than 2. I’d say 3 looks like a good everyday uniform and 1 would be for special/formal events. Will definitely be thinking of these as I drift off to sleep tonight.

#2 is by far the best design, I really like the size of the leopard rosettes. I see you incorporated the suspenders, hopefully they are colored to contrast the busy outfit pattern of the leopard rosettes. You could go dark or very bright suspenders and it should be enough to standout. This outfit definitely feels like a uniform, especially with the style of skirt.
