Thank You All once again for so patiently waiting for this next Fluffi Fashion Illustration...
My mind has been swimming in somewhat of a fever fog and so in terms of kink and design details its perhaps somewhat minimalistic, but it's a design which has been in my head for a while and was inspired by a Toothbrush. ^_^
The Sleeves, Skirt Stocking and Ankle Trimmings would be a mixture of Feathers and the material of the ruffles on a Cheerleaders Pom-pom (Apologies, my brain is still in too much of a fog to even think what the pom-pom material is called, but when I shake them they create a very pleasant rustling sound).
I hope you all like how Prissy Rufflelina turned out...
