COMMiSSiON:: RED-LIGHT MARY!
🕑 Added 2021-10-26 16:41:02 +0000 UTCMARCH 2023 UPDATE:: Having worked on the initial illustration back in 2021, there were quite a few elements where I fell short and wasn't very happy with, so updating this illustration is something I've been wanting to do for a while.
There were quite a few updated elements, line-work redrawn, edited or removed as well as the colours being reworked. I still find myself feeling a little unsure of all the red, it's such a bold colour and a little goes a long way, but as some of you will know the illustration was based on a Patron's Photo (Mary) and she was wearing all red attire, so I wanted to stick with the Reds. :)

This is the Last of the Patron Photograph Submission Illustrations...
A Huge, Huge Thank you to Mary for submitting their photograph. Marys image was definitely one of the more risque image submissions and I really do appreciate Mary allowing me the opportunity to create a Fluffi Fashion Illustration based on Marys photograph.
Mary Requested an ample bosom and more of a Trashy Trailer-Park Styling to her look. So I tried to lean into and embelish the 'sluttiness' of those requested elements.

Thank You Mason, I appreciate your kind words... :) For me Red is definitely one of those scarier colours to work with. I find the tonal differences quite tricky to balance without them blending into one-another.

Thank you SendahLove... :D I was a tad nervous using such strong shades of red, but they work well for Mary. As for the details, it has been a tad easier to limit the level of my detailing since I've been working with a digital pencil, which makes it almost impossible to become obscessed by every minute pixel. ^_^ With the backgrounds I'm really loving the sketchy minimalistic approach. :)

Wow this is amazingly illustrated, I noticed you didn't get carried away with too much details and you were able to highlight certain features. Love the colors, totally appreciate the subtle backgrounds that compliment the theme. Nicely done K@T!
