OMG, you all have no idea how long I've been wanting to create a Candy-Fashion Illustration with Water Colour, granted these are 'Digital' water-colours, but even so, working with a Digital Pencil and digital Water-Colours felt so amazing to use. :D

Thank you Kaella, I would like to think that maybe someday one or two of these outfits may see the light of day in some capacity. :D Not too long ago someone made a pair of the 'Picnic Panties' (which I designed many years ago)... I'll have to post a picture of them on my social media pages. ^_^

I will attempt to clarify my thinking behind the title 'Fluffi Lips'... I chose the title mainly for two reasons... The first being the Fluffy Dress and the second reason being the 'Big Lipped Bag/ Purse'. :D:D:D Thus, The Fluffi-Lips! :D:D:D
