When I said dull and boring, I was implying that the colors be less feminine (No pink or purple!). I would classify Brown, green, orange and dark blue as boring colors.

The Dull & Boring thing is definitely what I would genuinely choose if this wasn't a pin-up image, as I completely agree with the premise behind such a styling choice for someone who likes to dress with a more risque fashion sense. :) A Super Tight corset and very uncomfortable heels sound like a good place to start with this particular look, as well as some-sort of chastity device. :)

Punishment outfit should look dull and boring, but everything else about her should remain bimbofied. I think the most obvious punishment gear would be a gag with attached dildo, definitely a super tight corset, ballet heels, thick buttplug with vibrator attachment, pierced closed vagina, and lastly her hair should be buzzcut except for pigtails.

Well misbehaving is admittedly a tough term to classify and the visual nature of this outfit is actually going to be one of the main challenges of creating this look. I can't really say what exactly the level of 'naughtiness' a bimbo would have to have commited to be put in such an outfit (because at this point I really have no idea what this outfit will look like). But the tight corsetting and orgasm denial definitely seem like elements which could work well for Bimbo Punishment Attire. :)

What you've said here is actually one of the most challenging aspects of this characters outfit... As typically if it was punishment for a bright bold beautiful bimbo, then the logical step would be to make them as dawdy, boring, bland and unbeautiful as possible... BUT that wouldn't really make for a nice character pin-up. So your suggestion of perhaps becoming something like a coat rack, where their beauty is perhaps still showing but also obscured is a good idea Fireworkjack, Thank You. :)
