I think it depends on what everyone is looking for, from this image... For something Sexual there is A... For the most clear & concise display of a punishment outfit there's B... And for the most natural 'moment' as it were, then C would be the better choice. :)

The Chasity version means EVERYTHING is in Chastity...! Where as The 'Sexual Service Punishment Outfit', may mean that only certain parts are in chastity or plugged etc.

It can be a punishment if the Bimbo is not obtaining any satisfaction... OR if the Punishment Outfit is to help Condition a Bimbo's Sexual Inhibitions because they've shown very little interest in anything sexual.
