So... I've been teetering around the idea of creating a Sailor-Look for such a long time, in-fact I'm not really sure why I haven't drawn one sooner... But I will definitely draw more Prissy Sailor looks in the future. :D
This is one of those occasions where I wonder if I should pick a style-theme and then draw 3 illustrations of the same theme back-to-back. So I'm able to take each look in 3 different directions while the idea's for a particular theme are fresh in my head.
As this was a Sailor Theme, I used the 'Buoy' reference a couple of times, once with the earrings and once as a Buoy Tracker, attached to the Panties, which provides constant tracked location of the Prissy Toy, should the Dominant find their Toy has wandered off!
It's also worth noting, a Life-Vest would ruin such Prissy Attire, so the Dress has Inflatable Armbands included as part of the actual Dress. ;D

Young boys often are happy when a scholarship to Princessville university was offered to them. But once enrolled they´re informed that they are allowed to leave Princesville not before they got their sissy master degree. Different attire, strict rules, gags and high heels are part of the deal.

In the beginning I was thinking of an anchor, that idea became a lifesaver Ring, but it felt more gimmicky... So I thought I would just have a simple bag but with 'Ropes' as the element of visual interest, although they perhaps look more like hair than rope. :-s I should have referenced a Real World Rope.

I'm trying figure out the inspiration of the purse. What is it suppose to be. My immediate idea would be for it to be shaped like an anchor.

since i readed the "Strapford pond" i realised, isn't it easier to tattoo the make up on, to prevent smearing? would come in handy, especially on the "big Blue water thing sissies are not allowed to see"!:P
