This is a look for the Prissy Bimbo's who like both an overwhelming amount of ruffled-petticoats and gaudy tacky Animal Print. ;D
I wanted a look so overloaded with Ruffled Layers that the wearer can literally rest their arms on the dress. The Submissive is only able to slowly teeter along with teeny-tiny small steps because the heel-length pencil-dress-skirt hobbles the leashed submissive. ;)
A Perfect Dress for a Dominant to have their submissive wear in order to gain look or two from the PrincessVille public. (Reminds me of the spinning figures in jewellery boxes). :)

P.S. I'm Sorry for no posts during the week despite saying I would post something, I have so many things I need to post & want to post and I have no excuse, I keep putting them off thinking I will have more time to post them at a later date. Only when that later date comes around, I'm even further behind with everything I want to post and delay things even more...
... At which point I feel even more overwhelmed and retreat to my happy place of curling up with my ipad and drawing more Kink & Fluffi Fashionista's. :-s There's nothing I can say except I'm Sorry. :(

Very True, the wearer of the dress would certainly cause some issues in the aisles. ^_^' Although maybe their Dominant is off elsewhere either relaxing or spending their time addressing other important things and doesn't mind their submissive taking 3-4 hours to slowly teeter around a single store. ;D
