Must be my materialistic senses, but that mincing pose strikes me as doubling rather well as holding some shopping bags. Maybe they're out with their domina/dominus on a shopping spree? Their credit-cards hanging from their nipple-piercings for easy use by their partner? And perchance some sort of gag in case they go a bit overboard and require the capacity to enact 'alternative payments'?
