There is two accessory included
one with a vibrating dildo (Replace Glowing Cylinder グローシリンダー)
another one requested by my friend an insect piston (Replace Crowned Calico Tail クラウンミケネコテイル)
They should be placed at Hip/Waist location to following the body correctly

I don't use mod manager no idea >< But it should still works if you import the files after unzipping

Oh... Adjusting the mounting position, angle and size solved the problem. Thank you very much.

make sure attach location is Waist, rotate it 90 deg than it should look right

When the dildo accessory is attached, it will go back and forth horizontally instead of vertically as shown in the preview video Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

Yes I have it. ぶらさがる been revived in NGS for twice, but 手を繋ぐ never got a chance.
