I have made a new version of the lower body, which tries to emphasis the details of the anus with a better pussy shape! Also new hair mesh added! There is quite a lot of trial and error so i spent a week on it lol but i think it came out nicely.
You should use the updated T2 body skin texture for this body, otherwise the texture position might not be correct

i don't think it is possible at least with current modding tools, im not knowledge with those technical stuff tho. i have seen someone does that but it come with the price of no longer able to change sliders of the breast.
