Hello! It seems that emote was added after I finished the Fortnite mod. I might create a mod for it someday, but I don’t have any plans for that at the moment. Fortunately, I looked into it and it appears you can try the “Dare” motion as an MMD motion file. You can find the motion in the description of the YouTube link below and You should be able to try it anytime by using a plugin in the studio that plays MMD motions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_U9XdAwk05g Hope this helps!
