I like the way you think π and it would solve the luring over "Plothole" ( i know it isn't one but it is funnier that way xD)since the one opening the belt isn't the one Rebecca is luring over. Could give the backstory something voyeuristic if billy would see Rebecca with Wesker or vice versa

This is Rebecca's face of disappointment. Rebecca always thought "little captain" was a sweet and understating nickname but not literally. For someone who can grow other tendrils at any size this is not what Rebecca expected. And now to a more right answer. On a first view you could think Rebecca is unhappy. But considering the context Rebecca being playful, kinky and demanding and luring him over i don't think she doesn't like it. I think it is much more intense what Rebecca is experiencing than she expected and therefore she says "What are you doing?" this could mean that my assumption in the wrong answer is actually quite the opposite. or maybe Wesker who has his way to talk has more talents with his silver tongue than talking π Another thing that just crossed my mind is maybe it isn't Wesker...maybe it is Billy Coen π€
