Help for keeping focused ๐๐ป I have a long journey to make from Scotland to Southern England to see my family. I'm trying to get everything in balance healthwise so that I'm fit for the long journey. I don't really want to do an overnight stop on the way, but also don't want to turn up exhausted from the trip down. I'm not really sure how to phrase my intentions other than having a more sharpened focus for this important trip (it's over 2 years since I last hugged my family) ๐ผ๐๐๐ป
