Developing this update was very challenging for me. I can't remember the last time I struggled so much with mechanics as I did in this case.
Before I actually thought it would be easy compared to the mercenary management system, but with constantly changing buildings on the map and various effects of morale on individual processes, as well as the calculations of attacks and their consequences, this update really presented me with many challenges. The content I added for Verena feels tiny compared to the almost 3 weeks that I now worked on the management system.
A short changelog with everything that I remember:
New scene for Verena & Arianna + adjustments to their old scenes
You can continue the "Infiltrating the cult" quest for a few more queststeps
Management system for Darkholt as well as a lot of smaller and bigger changes to the Darkholt map.
A lot of new sprites for the characters
Bugfixes, thank you all for the reports!

Hotfix 0.6.0.8: Fixed a bug with building the barracks/quarters not recognising that ruins were removed, Fixed being able to send more than 2 people to the fields, fixed Arianna/Verena scene, when the pallisade is at 100% cultists will automaticly go back to idle.
Hotfix 0.6.0.8a: Fixed a problem with storing wood at Darkholt, Fixed a lot of typos
Hotfix 0.6.0.8b: Fixed an endless loop problem in Verena's scene, Fixed that cancelling to build the barracks/quarters would make it impossible to build them at all.

With this now out of the way I can finally focus on something fun, that is the content for Elisabeth that I still owe you + the finishing touch for this update. I'm looking forward to finally working on something that doesn't have to do with constant variable changes ;)
Anyway, that is all for today. Tomorrow I will begin working on more images and I hope that I can already give you a rough release date for 0.6.1.0 on Friday.

Hey I've been playing your game for a while and I got to say, I love you so much. I wish I could give you a billion dollars to make this in unity with a 1,000 person team, I would literally chop off a finger to make that happen. Hopefully this game keeps getting developed until 2078.

Found a critical bug, I assume you haven't changed the hitboxes for the things in the Outpost menu after changeing the Icon size. trying to add wood actually adds stone trying to remove the added resource results in 0 transfered items. The submenu said "How many units of wood do you want to add?" which makes this even more confuseing
