🕑 Added 2023-12-14 02:38:55 +0000 UTCOne way I was trying to get around not being able to make hands or feathers actually touch feet was to try using things like magic or electricity to tickle. When I was combining the words "superhero" and "electricity" it naturally produced a few images of Black Lightning.
My story for this piece sprang right out of the image itself. A villain has trapped Jefferson Pierce floating in a cell that uses the hero's own powers against him. The more he tries to use his lightning to escape the more it tickles his feet, weakening him. It's a perfect trap. Will he manage to escape? Let's hope not for awhile...
