June Development Progress Report
🕑 Added 2024-06-14 03:27:52 +0000 UTCI have noticed that time seems to be slipping by rather quickly. It feels like just yesterday I was starting out, and now a month has already passed! But I know some of you might feel that time is dragging on during the wait for the game's release.
Naux has been working on several cutscenes recently, which are quite challenging. He has been persisting despite the difficulties. The use of motion capture equipment has improved our production efficiency. I regret that we did not purchase it sooner. Despite discovering significant accuracy and stability issues with the equipment, which fall far short of the official specifications, we have had to manually correct numerous animations. If possible, I would like to invest in better equipment in the future.
Despite being in Early Access (version 0.5), the current chapter of the story mode should be completed as it offers a complete gameplay experience.
New features added:
Data recovery: Damaged hard drives can be repaired in the office, recovering some of the data. This is a mini-game.
Briefcase: A password-protected briefcase containing rewards. Cracking the password requires using a password detector, which is also a mini-game.
Clothing color adjustment: Option to change the color of clothing.
Jodi's office upgrade: Jodi's office has been improved.
Secret cabinet: A new cabinet that Jodi can hide in, especially useful when sneaking around.
Elevator
I constantly generate new ideas and jot them down in my notebook. I then pick the most suitable ones to develop. The longer-term ones are saved for future versions. In short, The Killing Antidote is not just a cosmetic zombie-shooting game. I hope the game will have rich content and gameplay mechanics.

wth?, no dude its been always stated on the dev page that they wont do any of these stuff in the game, the main quest of the game is dress up action game, the grim reaper was probably some fun thing and its still censored too

Guess what i've found! TKA offical on Patreon . Really want to get rid of some impolite message in AFD and hope TKA will have a brighter future. Thougth it's quite funny for a chinese player like me to use vpn to chat here but really like the friendly chat environment. do you know if we will be able to keep the playtest once EA comes out, or will the playtest be taken off? If so, then I guess there's no point to grind for the steam achievements for the playtest.

No se me da mucho el ingles así que ni modo, ahí traduces el comentario jajaja, QUE JUEGAZO!!! enserio que bien se siente disparar con una escopeta en el juego (aunque estaría mejor un poco mas de Gore) en fin, esta bien optimizado a mi parecer, lo juego con un i7-6500u, grafica r7 m370 y 16 Gb de ram, y en gráficos medios/fsr en calidad y sin sombras, va 40-60 fps, es increíble, problema (estoy casado y no puedo jugarlo en cualquier momento) el resto juegazo, Ánimos y sigue o sigan así ;)

I LOVE the dress-up element in games and it's a shame there are so few out there, and most are very low quality. I just found out about this and I can't believe how high quality this feels, especially for an indie project made by 2 people. Can't wait for early access, day 1 purchase for me!
