If you want an example of bad gender swapping, listen to Santa baby by Michael bublé. Biggest “no homo” ever

Oof

I love you fantano

Come on Anthony, Vince isn't from the bay. He's not even from South Bay. He's from Long Beach and very much claims LA pride all over FM. The radio interludes are morning show legend Big Boy and Real 92.3, which is the most popular hip hop station in LA but also up there with Hot 97 nationally as one of the most well known hip hop stations in the country.

Just got this comp album for him off of diggers factory. So excited. Sure I may be more inclined to listen to louis Armstrong and I may listen to other lesser known jazz artists a bit but saying he’s bad is laughable. I’d agree with your placement

who the fuck said miles davis is a bad trumpet player? i just wanna talk. literally top 5 ever

Its ok dad, i still love you

I think Lil Dicky shot himself in the foot with his last projects and should have kept going in the same direction he was in on his mixtape. Undeniably technical rapping, multisyllabic rhymes (rhyming Action Bronson in a speedo with Magic Johnson near mosquitoes is 8 deep, not many rappers have ever done that, especially not if the whole thing actually makes a lot of clever sense rather than just random-ass patterns for the sake of rhyming), and an interesting self-deprecating attitude mixed with undeniable ego due to the aforementioned rapping ability. Yeah, the novelty of the comedy songs and the whole "I'm a white middle-class kid rapping" wear off but tracks like Ham, Sky Hooks, The Cypher and the epic closing track are fantastic, and it's sad that Professional Rapper was a dud with a few moments among a heap of filler.

Switching to google drive? I guess someone finally started handing out YouTube links

On the topic of pronouns in cover songs, one of my favorite covers ever is Xiu Xiu's take on Fast Car, where it goes the opposite direction of what you might expect and Jamie sings from a female perspective.

Nice QOTSA at the end
