ska is one of the most promising revivals in recent times, and has some of the biggest room to adapt to modern music trends/ideas such as Eichlers' ability to fuse hyperpop and ska with the My Checkered Future EP.
How do I discover good music from a genre im not familiar with without becoming “one of those people who only listen to the hits”? Maybe it sounds dumb, but there are genres I want to explore but just don’t know how
Hardcore has been becoming much more prevalent in mainstream music with bands like Turnstile and Knocked Loose, and Code Orange becoming extremely commercially successful. Perhaps a new generation of heavy music is culturally due? Who knows!

There’s no artists that make party music anymore. DJs have been play the same songs since the 2000s. There’s a few artists with some hits that fit a mainly mainstream dance floor (Bruno Mars, Cardi B, Dua Lipa) but for the most part, as a DJ I’m left wanting more from these superstars.
Kodak Black - Back for Everything, is actually a pretty decent project. Sleek and futuristic production matched with some pretty catchy hooks and good bars from Kodak.
