In terms of cringe metal lyrics, I don’t think it gets any worse than Attila - About That Life. The opening verse goes: “I'm a bad motherfucker, not a fucking role model Fuck church, hit a bong, then go smash a fucking bottle Yeah got a few sluts to help me roll a few blunts And they never question me 'cause they know I hate cunts” This song is like lab-grown meat designed to perfectly suit the tastes of the most annoying person you’ve ever met in your life. It’s like if GG Allin was the lyricist of Suicide Silence or something. Existentially devastating. The song also features beautiful one-liners such as: “Eat my words and swallow my sentences” “Ballin’ and haulin’ and takin’ over like I’m Stalin” as well as the classic: “Suck my fuck.” Overall just a truly legendary piece of bad lyricism and possibly the low watermark of this particular brand of metalcore.
