I didn't even know what to think when I saw this pic. Honestly... this is another plot thread, we didn't need. We already knew, Patricia was getting it on with Elena, they're grown women, who cares if they (consentually) decide to bring in another person (wouldn't be my cup of tea in my relationship, but whatever floats their boats).
