This whole thing has been a nightmare! I’ve made numerous complaints to Patreon at this point and I talked to the higher ups at my bank and they said they (and many other banks, not just them) have a specific block on all Patreon transactions due to excessive fraud complaints made against them. Like I had to find a new way to pay for Patreon because my bank refuses to allow any charges by them.

Question, if our card got charged for patreon, but we haven't gotten our patreon receipt, how can we see if the payment actually went through?

Patron says my payment did go through on august 1 so I hope that is true

Thank you, but I wasn't worried about it. I wasn't planning on it yet, I was waiting to see when everyone elses issues gets fixed seeing that would effect mine. I was just was more curious if anyone else ended up having that problem too or not.

no no my store is close! i closed it to prepare for ch6 preorders, i wont open preorders until this issue is solved

I can’t access your store to order my book! Am I the only one?! I’m afraid to unsubscribe and then attempt to resubscribe to tier 5; I might not get back in! This is indeed a dilemma! 😵‍💫😭

other creators are saying to try updating the payment method as well as resubscribing, hope that helps

My PayPal payment went through as normal, so hopefully at least some payments will get through to creators.

Apparently they changed distributors and that’s causing people problems now. My bank thought it was fraud all of a sudden and I had to go and individually re-pledge to all the creators I follow!
