🕑 Added 2026-01-03 11:37:44 +0000 UTCHi everyone! After I shared a sketch yesterday, I started thinking more about sketches in general and wanted to hear your thoughts. For me, sketches sometimes feel like a big spoiler; they can take away from the surprise of the final post. At the same time, I know they also have their own beauty and positive sides. So I’m really curious to know: how do you feel about sketches?

I like seeing the teaser and thinking "Where is this gonna go?" But yea, like you said, it's a little bit of a spoiler too

I like seeing sketches AFTER you release the final version. It’s a nice way to understand and appreciate the process but doesn’t spoil the surprise/impact of the final product.

I think it works as a teaser, especially with the background but maybe sometimes don't show the characters fully... maybe give clues in the background (eg. You could do references such as if it was about Nightwing have a poster of him with the Flying Graysons)
