Anyone deals with acid reflux?

How come shit like this happens to people who don’t drink, don’t smoke and try to stay healthy, meanwhile alcoholics and heavy smokers don’t have to deal with this shit…?

What JJ said. Try cutting out foods that trigger your symptoms. Antacids are just a bandaid. If that doesn't help, see a doctor.

But you still gotta watch what you eat? No coffee for example?

Try Omeprazole. I've had acid reflux since I was a teenager and I take it daily, it helps a lot.
