Super excited to bring you all the project file for my newest YouTube tutorial! Hopefully this will be fun to explore around in, check out what I did for yourself, and break it down while watching the video.
It contains mostly everything that makes up the scene, minus a few objects and materials that I'm not allowed to distribute. For example you'll notice the trees are missing, and some of the terrain materials.
Download instructions:
I've provided the files as an archive, so you'll need to highlight all the downloaded files, right click, and using a file extraction software like winrar, extract them "as an archive". Then you'll get the complete file! Enjoy!

Are you referring to the camera being locked or the viewport movement?

I opened it and it looks great, but the view seems to be locked to one point. It lets me pivot in place and select stuff, but not move from that point.

Hey Terrence! There should be the foliage and grass, along with it's geometry nodes scatter system. When you click on the foreground terrain, is there a geometry nodes modifier on it? And is there a collection called "plants"? Some plants like bushes and trees are missing because they are not free assets, but most of the other plants should be in the file.

hey, when i open up the files in blender, everything is there except the foliage and grass and anything else that's supposed to be scattered, is there any way i can fix this?

Can you share where the buildings/structures came from? I believe I heard you mention in the video that they were free? i'd like to try them in another piece of software.
