No you're right, it is Porto. I was one district off. I couldn't find those flags but yes it is Porto. In fact, to one up Amiibo, you are staying at Sunrise Sunset and are overlooking the street below you which is Via Senter de Mes. Ah well, I failed.

Im going to have to agree with OriginalRen somewhat. The island is Isola del Trimelone but the village is Brenzone sul Garda and more specifically Porto.
