Geo nodes detect when the arm is close to the chest and moves it out of the way. Sooo it basically helps with collisions.

Maybe a bit of an explanation of what geo nodes are supposed to do would help me a little - haha I'm dumb

The breasts look more firm with the setting on, so that'd be my preference. I'll be honest I have no idea what this setting does lol but boobs are boobs
