The weird breathing thing that Kendall was doing is a yoga thing. Hissing breath. You put your tongue on the roof of your mouth and blow the air over voice box so it does the hissing noise. After a quick Google, I think the proper term is "Siitkari Kumbhaka" I think it's just to portray that Kendall probably is not on drugs anymore, understands what he has to do, and is just breathing out his anxieties so he doesn't spazz out and do something crazy. Either that or to deflate the thrill of what it is he just did, so he'd calm down and figure out what to do next

I really liked the podcast, but, I'm probably dumb, but I couldn't understand the "best not Logan" or whatever those 4 quadrants were during your analysis.
