You can use a Trello if you have a bunch of separate smaller goals to create a bigger one. Essentially it helps manage virtual "Post-It"s that you can categorize, such as "TODO", "Completed", "Needs reworking" etc.

You can use a planing app like "Gantproject" It's the one I use for the projects at the university. Other then that love your work ❤.
