I was asked several times on how i plan my art, and even though i don't have a particular process behind it i decided to illustrate the small steps i take before drawing! I didn't have much time for a more complex tutorial, but since this one is fairly simple let me know if this format is clear enough or if you'd prefer a narrating voice of sorts! Ah, don't worry — i think every artist is guilty of that.. I hate drawing hips and crotches so i tend to hide them with long jackets or oversized clothes! Glad it was somewhat useful ^__^
Thank you for the tutorial! It was very helpful. I especially like how you say things should be placed for a reason. I am guilty of placing objects to hide bad anatomy or take up space to make things less boring //orz
