Problems with Updating your save from 0.11 to 0.12
🕑 Added 2019-05-03 13:05:45 +0000 UTCFew people have reported me that the new missions (Sewer Mission/BewbTek Facility) are not appearing on the Mainio Notice Board. There is an unfortunate problem with updating your saves from the old version, because the trigger that enables the missions is during the cutscene after you've defeated Maht'ava. This was added in 0.12 as the new missions were introduced.
Unfortunately, there isn't much I can do about this :( The trigger could've been located in some other place, but I don't control where people save their games, so the problem would exist anyway.
SO, if you're experiencing these problems:
- 1. Use an older save and beat Maht'ava again.
- 2. Use one of my saves that I included with 0.12.

This kind of thing doesn't happen often and most of the time you can use your own save folder without any problems. I include saves for those who are new to the game and want to jump ahead. I will just have to be super-careful when I'm updating stuffs in the future.

What is the purpose of including a save slot with each new update? Is it just so we'll have one near the newly added content? But that doesn't save our weapons and stats and such from OUR actual save game. How do you recommend going about playing every time there's a new version since OUR save file may not work with the new one? Thanks. GREAT game. Loving it.
