It's probably possible to do it. But even though we're talking about simulation, it's quite difficult to model reality with it. Because this tool is made for cloth simulation, which is what we use for this. So it's more of a feeling that we're trying to create.

One thing to note... I find often in 3D porno, boobs rarely have that heavy globular look - I don't mean the silicone look. I mean, even some large natural boobs have a denser globular mass behind the nipples so in doggy style they would not hang pointy they would hang with a heavy rounded look to them. Is there a way to get that? Its sort of midway between what most 3D models call natural and the fake silicone look - but its really a variant of natural if you get my meaning. Not sure on the way to achieve that, if its possible to insert a sphere into the natural breast model that has more density than the rest of the breast, but is not as dense or defined as the silicone look - and would not be as perked up unto the upper chest.
