Well, in exchange for what would you be willing to have sex with a fly thing? :D But to have some interaction could be cool. Or just to give it a lead injection with a shotgun to free that poor woman.

This is used in all other sex games. What about parasite inside her changing the behavior. Like with every pregnancy the parasite will get stronger influence on her. And getting rid of the parasite would be a part of story. Loosing control to the parasite will lead to game over.

You know, I was thinking, and this could maybe be dark, but maybe as our hero continuously gets violated by the insects in game, (maybe by player error or intentionally,) or a particular type of insect, she begins to welcome and lust for them to take advantage of her. Maybe this would lead to a different set of "struggle" animations for each insect, and the gameplay consequence would be that it is harder to break out of the "struggle" successfully because she is now wanting to be taken advantage of.

If the player is brainwashed, it would be cool if possible.

Hmm, an intelligent variation, perhaps it can be reasoned with? maybe he could trade items in exchange the main character could be a 'playmate' for his children and brethren... or we could deliver items to him so he can further comfort and take care of his mate.
