Yeh but also Orochimaru told Anko and Anko told the third and then Orochimaru told the third himself. So that info would have gotten to Tsunade even if she never met Orochimaru.

But Sakura already knew where Sasuke was going. She was there with Sasuke when Orochi told him that he will seek him out for power. So if Sasuke is leaving its obvious this is where he is going.

Yea I think it's been known by the higher ups in the Leaf that Orochimaru is after Sasuke ever since he appeared before Kakashi and Sasuke at the Chuunin Exams when Kakashi was suppressing the curse mark

btw Tsunade knows Orochimaru well. He also told her that he's using imortality jutsu. She figured out he was not in his body when she was punching the shit out of him and not quite feeling it. Then even his face fell of a little. Now she figured out that he wants Sasuke's body. If Orochimaru can switch to Sasuke's body, he'll also have Sharingan and all the Uchiha jutsu. So it's natural to assume that he's enticed Sasuke. Also Jiraya and Kakashi knew that too so they could've also told Tsunade. The info didn't come from Sakura.
