Geometry Nodes Ep06 – Creating a Vector Visualizer
🕑 Added 2022-04-21 21:54:20 +0000 UTCNow that we understand the theory of vectors and vector addition it is a good exercise to create a vector component inside of Geometry Nodes. This introduces us to using curves and at the same time provides a nice tool to visualize vectors, when needed while developing more complex setups.

I made the same mistake!

I am so excited about this tutorial series!!! Manuel, that is really super explained up to here! I wish I had learned Blender from the beginning with such logical explanation! Thank you so much! With "Align Euler to vector" I had to think a little longer, but I think I got it.

I may have missed a step but my cone aligns with the global Z axis not its local Z when I add the Align Euler node. I can't see anywhere to change this. Oops got it. Vector to Vector not vector to Rotation. My bad.
