KineFX 101 – Pt.16: Rigging An IK Robot Arm
🕑 Added 2022-07-28 14:20:34 +0000 UTCYou know what’s cool? Robots are cool! So today we are rigging a robot arm that can be driven by an inverse kinematic solver. This way we only need to animate one bone and all mechanical joints will move into position perfectly.

It would be fun to see a lot of different setups for robots with Kinefx.

These people at entagma did couldnt take the time to answer one single question after I paid them 30$ monthly for months at a time.

Any chance you guys could get your premium videos off vimeo? As much as I like vimeo for watching filmic content, it never matters how good the connection is, I still end up buffering or losing res nearly every time due to their terrible servers. Ok for a normal video but for tutorials its pretty tedious.

Have actually wanted to do this for awhile, spent time looking at robot joints and servos to try and understand the range of motion. So excited to get at this, time to jump into moi again!
