ROD chapter 2 THUMBS
🕑 Added 2021-11-04 23:12:55 +0000 UTCim getting excited about starting chapter 2 so here's some thumbnails!! gonna be a longer chapter than the first hahah *dies* BUT THAT'S OK it's also gonna be a super fun one! also i just think it's funny to share the little scribbles fsfjks i like how you can tell exactly where helix talks based on the black bubbles tho hahahah
(for anyone wondering the process, i had the chapter scripted first and then used that as reference for the thumbnails. i draw in the speechbubbles even in the thumbnail stage so i can keep track of what's happening! some people write indicators into the thumbs as a guide for where they are in the script but that's too smart so of course i did not .. do that)

Just took a better look and it almost looks like a BIG, horned dude shoulder patting lucky in there and idk if that would be helix or vick or if I'm misinterpreting it in general lol

They're much bigger when i draw them! But i also work kinda zoomed out so i don't get too focused on details on the thumb stage!

question, do you do the thumbnails first on a bigger dpi and then shrink them down for this screenshot? or do you do these thumbnails that small before going big? @_@
