Happy New Year! Sorry for the late reply. I plan to keep drawing this year too~ When drawing oppai lolis, figuring out how to show off body parts other than the chest is always a tricky problem. I try to make sure the curves of the butt are visible as much as possible.

i hope you like detention , it is a mesugaki cartoon in my eyes. as everyone has the spirit of a mesugaki as they are always getting into mischief. i know in oppai loli that that typically the pelvic curtain can not be seen in most poses/camera angles/situations , but it is hot to have it implied in the art that the girl has a curvy hourglass waist and a seductive eye catching pelvic curtain between the girls legs that is just hidden from view because of their huge breasts as a oppai loli short stack girl.
