Script Access and an Update

Here's the latest script for the next video! In this one, we're diving into an interesting Internet mystery I stumbled upon a couple of years ago regarding a bizarre old-net oddity called Paranoia.com. I won't delve into too many of the details since the actual hook of the video is a few minutes in, so I'll leave that to you guys to read through if you're interested. I'm hyped for this video and I have so many more interesting little oddities like this I'd love to cover in the future, depending on how this video performs.
It isn't anything crazy disturbing, but it's an interesting rabbit hole in my opinion.

Second, I'd like to address something many of you may be wondering (since we have so much audience overlap). There's a situation that's been unfolding lately regarding MamaMax and some very unethical practices he's been employing with his latest video subject. I'd like to, on the record, state that I fully disavow everything he's doing. The situation with him has admittedly been an absolute mess, and I've tried to give him advice on how to navigate through it properly, yet it's gone ignored at every turn.
I've since cut ties with Max completely. Someone who I thought I knew and once considered a friend, unfortunately isn't who I thought he was at all, and it's fucking heartbreaking, but it is what it is. I cannot stand by someone who acts the way he does, while handling such a delicate situation without any sense of tact. I'm quite frankly embarassed I ever stood up for him in the past, and while I can't take that part back, I can at least move forward without any further support.
To any of you affected by my friendship with and support of Max in the past, I sincerely apologize. I typically am better than this at vetting who I associate with, however after this shitstorm, I feel like I've never really known Max at all.

No need to blame yourself Nexpo, I think alot of people are really surprised and disappointed in Max's behavior. Rather than listening to people trying to help him and make him stop this vigilante nonsense before he goes too far, he's going scorched earth and turning against everyone thinking he's Batman or something. He's made his decision, he now has to deal with the consequences that come from it. You are making the right decision breaking contact with him. It's for the best for you.

Nothing you should be apologizing for man. MamaMax turned into a dip shit. Not like anyone saw it coming. At every turn MamaMax is making the situation even worse. It's crazy to see, he let what he does get to his head as if he was the ruler when it came to the topics he handles.

Your passion for the topic oozes off the script and I remain engaged with whats written even without the high quality editing of your videos.

I think most of us were fairly surprised by Max's actions and I think he was fairly skilled at bullshitting his way through his "investigations" due to his editing skills and edgy aesthetic. That being said, don't beat yourself up, you did your part as his friend and him choosing to ignore advice from his friends just proves that he has a lot of growing up to do, choosing to sever ties with him or anyone who isn't being truthful about themselves is absolutely necessary. Thank you for being honest with us Ryan, you have integrity and no one can take that away from you.

He was/is a scammer. Very highly convincing and skilled in his craft. That's how he's lasted this long. YT isn't his first rodeo gift, I'd imagine. Don't get too hard on yourself Ryan.
