With a few months having passed since our last release, it’s our pleasure to be able to officially release Melody v0.0.8
We really do appreciate everyones patience, support and well wishes while we were on our one month break over the festive and New Year period. A lot of hard work has been put into the new update, and as it’s turned out, it’s our biggest one to date! (featuring about 1,300 renders all up!)
The update has also been our most challenging, and the walkthrough was quite tiring to put together due to the multiple pathways and options you can choose in the game thus far. But I believe we’ve got it right this time!
About this update (SPOILER ALERT)
MELODY is on the brink of signing her first ever music contract, but how will that affect her living situation, her college life, and most importantly, her relationship with you?
With your ex now out of the picture, the pathway to growing your romance with Melody is now clear. Or is it…?
For fans of the gorgeous aunt AMY, she has some big news to share with you that may affect your relationship and your future in this new town, a couple of months after your arrival. Expect to make a huge decision that may leave at least one person brokenhearted, which might even be you!
Your favourite girl next door REBECCA makes a brief appearance in this update (expect to see a lot more of her in v9) and she too could be making some life changing decisions real soon. How does this affect you?
You’ll find out in time…
SOPHIA and XIANNE could be Melody’s future college roommates, but these two are becoming closer by the day.
Just how close they become will be up to you!
Something we also like to do is put little “easter eggs” in both of our current games. Look out for a couple more in this one ;)
Points system
As always, gaining Melody points is something to keep an eye out for, and if you are hoping to achieve the next level in the game. Level 5 can be reached in this update if you attain 200 Melody points.
Also, there will be 10 x Special Melody points to attain in this release, but they can only be gained if you are ONLY seeing Melody.
These points could be the difference between a happy ending or a perfect ending with the next big singing sensation by games end.
Having the walkthrough will be a huge help to find these points, as well as several others available throughout v8.
As always, there are some bonus, alternate and animated scenes (for the $20+ Patrons) of the female characters and some new sexual positions too! ;)

We ran a poll for our $20+ Patrons to find out which female character you would like to see feature in our Lewd Gallery.

Final Words
MELODY v 0.0.9 will not be released until late April, due to the fact that we will be working on our other game next month.
An official release date for the next update of Melody will be posted up in the Overview section of my Patreon wall in late March.

OK got to cemetery and just couldn't keep playing the cheating ass anymore......story telling at its best. Was hard enough getting Xianne and Sophie paths to end of week 9 and not feel like a total prick.

All good, I downloaded full 0.8 version and is fine. None of animations in last week worked not just the $20 extra content and I to por to pay $20 a month driving taxis in country town lol

Patch seems to be missing most of animations, at least for me. Was getting heap of black screens with dialogue on patched version. So downloaded full version and those black screens were actually animations.

Its was actually after the oral in my game not before like it said in walkthrough and worked fine for me after I was on to Sophie not taking no.

Hey guys. I'm using the 0.7 to 0.8 patch and I'm getting a hugely disappointing bug: all of the bonus content scenes are black screens for me. Imagine my dismay when I finally unlocked sex scenes with Melody only to find myself looking at a black screen for most of it =/ Just to confirm I am a $20 patron, and the main screen says Extras Included

Yeh for some reason I have Sophia unlocked too, even tho I also shut her down every time. I still got the I love you too option. Couldn't that be because he doesn't have enough points with Melody? By that time I think I had 200.

Check Sophia and relock as needed, for some reason I have her unlocking randomly even though I shut her down at every turn, (though so far not up to there but was having the issue getting Melody only bonus points). Love you option is after oral sex not before it like it says in walkthrough.

Thank you. Love your games and character depth...though not a huge fan of the lesbian NTR you give us the control even though main character not involved I think is great solution. I usually one for a good Harem game but since I get invested in your characters I actually find the manwhore path least enjoyable and guilt ridden pleasure, Keep up great work on both games and thank you again.

played through the update, then tried using the walkthrough. For the last scene in the apartment with Melody, according to the walkthrough, I'm supposed to get the option to say "I love you too" on the Melody path only. I am playing on that path, all other girls are locked, and I did not get that choice.

hi there, nice update. Didnt finish it yet but it looks really cool, i like how things are goin. I will be supporting you guys, i like the idea for more novels and about easter eggs, that is a part i hope you wont ever put aside. i like the idea of shared universes. I only had a lil roblem when jumpin to next week after finishin week seven, i lost the chance for signin and when beth came for MC, melody ran off and when jumpin to next week, jumps a error, not even a game over or somethin like that. looks like that part has no continue or it is missing for my game, or maybe its nothin after that. Well, that was the only thing i saw when i started playin missing the signin contract

What I found a little weird was how the MC said in 0.0.7 he was glad that they didn't do it because Melody was drunken... which made sense... and then in 0.0.8 they get drunken again and suddenly that isn't an issue any more. I personally rarely drink alcohol because it clouds the mind, so that argument carried some weight with me.

On pure Melody path, while eating breakfast the first morning, the MC thinks "(Then I don't want to know how she would react if she were to find out about who I'm with when I'm not with her...) Since I'm not with anybody else probably shouldn't see this one.
