It’s hard to believe that we only have a couple more weeks left of 2021, but we’re very much looking forward to the festive season and then taking some time off so we’re all fresh to continue on with our games in the new year!
As you may or may not know, we’ve already begun work on our revision update for Chapter 1 of Sunshine Love.
This week, aside from fixing up numerous scenes (dialogue, grammar, errors), we’ve focused our attention on making some of the sex scenes better.
Another thing we’ve added is a polyamorous symbol to the Nicole profile in the Characters Info section.
This will make it easier for you to change between the “Open Relationship” path with Nicole or the path where you decided to break up with her so that you are now “Single/Dating”.

So if the symbol is coloured, then you are on the “Open Relationship” path.
If it’s black/white, then you are currently “Single/Dating”.
We’ll have a long list of all the changes, edits and inclusions we’ve made during our revision with the game day post when v1.0 is released.
For today’s preview, we’ve added a few more things to the major scene that takes place between you and your Childhood Friend down by the beach in the most recent update of the game.
A fan of ours that thought it would be a good idea to show a front-on shot of your Childhood Friend while in this position, and it’s ended up being a terrific idea! So thank you for that.
We’ve added something else to this scene that will make it last even longer, that is, if you want it to ;)
At this stage, it’s looking more likely that the update will be out by Christmas.
How does December 25th sound to everyone? :D

We're having a much-needed break as of Christmas, and we'll have a new update for both games in early-2022. The plan is to finish DMD by mid-next year.

While I'm hyped for the SL update more than others, is DMD getting an update soon? Last I left it the ex was about to crash a private concert from tickets the MC lost on the nude beach.

Unless you wanna wait 1-2 years for a final update (that's how long it usualy takes to make an entire game, if it takes more than a few hours for a playthrough) I'd say just play it as updates are added. Save often (personally I make a new save every time a choice that matters later pops up).

Not necessarily. What you're probably best to do is make a lot of saves while you're playing SL and then after we put the revision out, have a look at all the changes and additions we've made, and then look for them. We've listed them in order of when they happen and a description of the scene so that they're easier for you to find.

Quick question. I just finished the story for Melody and started playing Sunshine Love, should I hold off and wait for the revision update to keep playing?

Points shouldn't be affected, some of your saves might be. However, we have created some save files for the start of each week of the game that will be available to download along with the Ch1 update.
