I've enjoyed this story immensely and can't wait for your next project. I have a save with Jaye and one with the open relationship where Mal breaks my heart. But what I really hoped for was a relationship with Peanut....may with Mal in a threesome. I love Amanda a ton. Well, I love all the women in this game, including Bianca and Lisa, both stunning. All I can say is... WOW! My hats off to the creators. This is an Absolute 💯 🔥 👌 story!!! I have enjoyed it immensely! I actually sighed heavily when Chapter 9 finished. My onlonly regret is not being able to end up with both Jaye and Mal Both are such Amazing characters. Would have loved to have had the option playthrough. So looking forward to the next. And all future stories. Much Respect and Admiration.

I have version 1.01 from Patreon and for me the new scene starts only if I don't go inside the bathroom. The whole sequence is good so in a way I don't mind but I think it's an error it should load no matter the choice at the bathroom door.

I think you guys are talking different things. If by "laboratory scene" you mean the one where it is suggested there was a mix-up in the DNA testing for Jaye, then no, there's no follow-up to that in the game...yet...and it's unclear at this stage if that loose end will ever be addressed.

The scene should happen after the bathroom scene at the beginning of Chapter 9. For the bathroom scene, did you "try the doorknob" or didn't? The initial 1.01 release was buggy and would only show the new scene if you "don't" try the doorknob, it was fixed less than 24 hrs later as a silent update. At least it was on Steam, I'm assuming the Patreon links were updated as well...

I'm gonna be honest here. I have a save with both girls in a "open relationship" and I have no additional scene with choice near the Lexi concert. I'm probably missing something or there's other choice I'be made in the past. The guide would be nice just saying

You just need to unzip the archive onto your PC. Windows can do this natively by right-clicking the file and selecting "Extract." From there you simply have to go into the extracted folder and run the Chasing Sunsets.exe file.

Artemis in Chasing Sunsets is a lot more advanced than the one in the game. I'm assuming the events of CS take place much later in Artemis. That game also has a cross over with LoF. I was hoping for a cross over from Bare Witness to be honest too! lol The lab scene? with the two techs arguing and ends with the sequencers starting you mean? True, I forgot about that. I really hope that loose end will be tied in the Epilogue.

Ok didn't know about Artemis as I said but yeah I completely forgot about Stephanie had the same feeling it was her. I guess when I read "crossover" I thought about more than a cameo. It's all good. Just the fact that there was no fallow up on that laboratory scene makes me feel strange I guess there's still something to come in a epilogue. BTW I heard Artemis (the game) was good have to check it out but I thought she's not as advanced at this point (Artemis the Android) ;)

This is a spoiler of a kind so stop here if you don't want to read it. Yes. I was expecting a Lexi concert too! Lol I think the FBI "Arresting Agent" is Stephanie from Leap of Faith. Also, the girl that chats with Amanda about the security system and the VPN in Mexico is Artemis. She is an android from another game also named Artemis. (Highly recommended by the way.)

The ones I saw was one mention of a LoF character and one full appearance of another. Also one appearance of an Artemis character.

What crossover? The only thing that was mentioned indicating a crossover was Jaye, Mallory and MC getting ready to go to Lexi's concert from Leap of Faith, and then game skips over to the next day without seeing the concert...and yes, I played Ch. 9 to the end with Christian down in Mexico!

LOL In all seriousness though, this last chapter was spot on, I really enjoyed every second of it, and cross overs with the other game were so cool and well done! I only did a Jaye run so far and I'm in love all over again. I'm going to be doing a Mal run next... ah yes. So much fun things to do, so little time to do it. :)

That is massively disappointing! I had an unofficial version and played through till chapter 8 in Android and thought it was one of the best AVNs out there. Can only hope that whoever ported it across to Android before, does another update to include chapter 9🤞🏾but it's a shame to have to rely on third parties for that when all credit should be going to Stoya and Kent for all the incredible work they've done on this 😭

As always CS didn't disappoint. Thanks a lot. I have to say that animations look much better. The transition between static renders and animations is not as visible (it doesn't look like to different graphics engines) therefore it doesn't break immersion. I think I still liked initial look of animations better but it's much better (that's just my preference). One thing that's strange for me, I'm sure you planned it that way but there doesn't seem to be follow up on the last scene from previous chapter (the laboratory scene). It seemed crucial for MC- Jaye relationship and this Chapter nothing happens regarding that. Overall great chapter. Can't wait for epilogue

There is no official android version available at this time and I think the devs said they don't have any plans to release the game on android either.

I have recently joined your page and wanted to let you know that I have really enjoyed playing Chasing Sunsets. I have about 24-25 AVNs now and it is my 3rd favorite, barely being edged out by #2. I also very much like the fact that you interact your story with other AVNs, namely LoF, and I gotta tell I think it's ingenious to do so. Although, I am glad I did the Lexi path in LoF first before playing Chasing Sunsets because there is one scene that is a spoiler for that pathway. But keep up the good work, you guys are doing great. Love the scenes, love the dialog, love the movie references. Just a great job all around.

I downloaded and played version 0.8b but at the very end when the game said "make manual save" there was no chapter8. I realized now that version 0.9a includes chapter 8. How do I update it so I don't have to replay the whole game?

i think the time line depended on whom you were with, not fully done yet. You should of had more after waking up, might need try loading from a save before the fight ..

I’m confused…I just replayed chasing sunsets to include chapter 8 through my play through…I was at the part where MC gets stabbed on the yacht and the next scene was everyone at the airport…then after the airport next scene went to the lab where two lab workers were talking and then game ended…when MC was stabbed that was the end of chapter 7…I assumed chapter 8 would follow up after MC was stabbed and chapter 8 would give me a another chapter to play through…did I assume incorrectly or did I miss something? Can someone please explain? Thanks

saves are stored in a different place you won't lose them if you delete everything

We always release to all platforms on the same day. Steam usually comes 1-2 hours later due to the complexity of populating depots using their API. Mac took longer today because my Mac scripts failed wholesale, so I had to rewrite them.

As long as you haven't changed hard drives, Ren'py saves are stored in two places, only one of which is the game folder. You should be fine.

It seem to be working but on Megaupload it stop at 97% because I reached some sort of limit, I don't remember using it recently. And WeTransfer seem to work but it would take four hours, so I'll try again tomorow. Thanks anyway.
