I know a lot of photographers start with other styles and then branch out from there. For me I started with nude shoots; before then I was part of an online community that shared selfshot nudes with each other and we all edited each other's photos, so I basically began by learning (and developing) interesting edit concepts and techniques. It's possible my first nude shoot was this waitress who saw my edits and liked them. I remember I thought she might be embarrassed to share the photos, so I was really surprised the next time I went to her work and the staff got all excited saying, "That's the guy!" and they gave me free food.

Great question! I'd have to dig into the hard drives to figure out what my first one even was! Woulda been back in my iPhone-only days. Got some gems from back then.
