First off, I’m back at the gym regularly and also doing cardio at least 3x week. My current routine includes roller skating and ballet classes 😅 but I plan to increase that to 6x week by adding some stationary biking on weekends as well, like I used to do 😊
Speaking of artistic roller skating, I’m making good progress with it! I’m excited to start filming some cool videos soon, but for now, I’m still borrowing my coach’s skates. Once I get my own pair, I’ll be ready to record more 💪 (They're expensive af btw 🫠 Apparently I only choose expensive hobbies, I'm a fancy woman 😎 –but nope 😂)
On a less fun note, Dasha got sick this past week. She had feline rhinotracheitis, which would be the equivalent of the flu in us humans 🥺 She needed to take antibiotics and other meds for 7 days 😭 It was tough seeing her like that, but thankfully, she’s doing much better now. 🙏
Two weekends ago, we visited Canoas to celebrate Edu’s grandmother’s 90th birthday. It was very fun, but unfortunately we couldn’t stay long because of Dasha’s condition.
And last weekend, MY grandpa turned 88 😁 and we had a churrasco (barbecue) and a lot of family time to celebrate. It was amazing! ........ However 🤡 right after we got home, I took a nap with Dasha (Sunday after all 😋). And she accidentally stepped on my freaking face while we were resting and partially dislodged my microdermal piercing. It was pretty painful 🫠 and I had to find a body piercer on a Sunday afternoon to have it removed completely 🥺 Leaving it as it was would have risked infection, plus it hurt a lot! 😢 I know it sounds silly, but I feel like I’ve lost a piece of my face without my piercing 😂😂😂 Oh, for those who are curious: It doesn't hurt at all to PUT the microdermal in, but to TAKE IT OUT, the pain is hellish 😬 (And I tend to be very resistant to pain 😂)
On a brighter note, I’ve been diving into One Piece since my dear Lia passed away, and I’m completely obsessed and addicted to it. Let me know if any of you are fans too! Of course I’ve seen some episodes before, and I know a lot about it—it's impossible not to! 😅 But it's the first time actually catching up everything since the beginning, hoping to get to the new weekly episodes this year 🤓

Oh no! I'm sorry that you had to go trough that kind of pain for removing the piercing. 😖 Even more so since you would have liked to keep it. Always the cat LOL, good thing Dasha is so lovely!😺

I honestly would’ve loved One Piece more if it wasn’t for someone in my life that ruined it. To some degree… I hate it because of how bad the person tainted One Piece for me. But, that isn’t fair for One Piece and for their fans. I’m glad the anime is helping to mend your heart and soul. From what I remember, I did enjoy it. (I’ve watched all the way until they recruited Sanji). On a brighter note, I absolutely adore the little updates about your life and what is going on with yours and Edu’s! I think it makes us feel a bit more connected to you, and I love reading them. It warms my heart to hear about both Edu’s grandma and your grandpa’s birthday, and I’m also glad that Dasha is recovering well, even though she sabotaged you in the process, haha. And I totally get that feeling of a piece missing from you. You had that piercing for quite some time now, it would only make sense to feel that way. :D Yay for both your classes, and I’m highly intrigued on what kind of videos you have planned.

Lol get it guuuuurl! Glad to hear you're back at the gym. Don't overdo it though of course but I trust you know how your body will react to it all. The skating class looks so fun haha! Glad you've got some way to participate for now though :o! Expensive hobbies are always the best sadly... (show up the skates when you get em xD! Gonna be so damn cool)! Sorry to hear about Dasha, glad the antibiotics seem to be working though! Give her some chin scritches from us all. And the grans are doing aight seems like :o! My grandad made it to level 96 and was still smokin and drinking all the way up to clocking out (hope that's not too morbid or something). EVEN SO... Wishing for health and wellness and longevity for the elders in your family even so xD! Was so sad to hear about the piercing too. Poor you (and Dasha; I'm sure she didn't mean it Dx)! Glad you were able to get it taken care of though... I always wondered how that sort of piercing worked. It might take some getting used to not having it for a while but will they let you re-insert it after stuff starts to heal or is it just a no go at this point? xD I'm still on the Impel Down arc for OP, glad it's been a good distraction for you for the meantime. Nami's still my fave but I might have gotten converted to Boa ... or Robin LOL! Keep dumping details! Love seeing all these updates, good or bad, it's nice to catch a glimpse and then we also know how to support you better. Take care Dani :ol!

I don't mind long update posts at all! It gives us a better idea of what's going on in your life. 🤗 Congratulations to you and Edu's grandparents! I'm glad you both had a special time celebrating them. ✨ Also very glad you're enriching your life with a great variety of hobbies, from skating to ballet to working out to bingeing One Piece. 😆 I'm sure many of us are eager to see more and hear more about them. ❤️ Give Dasha an extra little behind-the-ear scratch for me. 😸💕
