I spent the entire day focused on sending out October rewards, and honestly, it was much more time-consuming than usual. Since Patreon implemented the new payment system, several features have changed or been removed, making organization MUCH harder. I had to manually check each patron to ensure the rewards were sent correctly, and even with all that effort, mistakes might still have happened...
Here are some of the issues I noticed during the process:
Starting off by... I can only view current active patrons 🙁
There’s no longer a monthly filter, so I can no longer separate supporters by specific months, like October, November, etc... 🤡
I have the possibility to filter if a patron was a supporter for at least 1 month and specify the date range (for example: 1st October to 31st October). But some patrons don’t show up in the records even though they were active during the correct month 😵💫
Many records display patrons in the wrong tiers, further complicating the reward process 😣
Because of this, I had to review everything patron by patron, which was incredibly time-consuming. Even so, it’s possible that, particularly in LVL 1, someone may have been missed due to the large number of supporters. If you notice you’ve received the wrong reward or haven’t received yours at all, please send me a message! I’ll investigate and fix it as soon as possible.
I’ve done everything I can on my end to resolve these issues:
I’ve submitted a ticket to Patreon support.
I’ve requested some changes to the system to help creators like me.
Despite all this, the new system has made the reward delivery process much more time-consuming and complicated. To be honest, if things don’t improve in the coming months, I’ll need to completely rethink how I deliver my content. This might mean adjustments to some tiers and rewards, but rest assured, every change will be made with the intention of maintaining the quality and sustainability of my work 🥺
But anyways... Bad news apart. I would like to thank you so much for your continued support and kindness! 💖 I’m doing my best to make sure everyone receives their rewards in the best way possible. Thank you for always being here for me!

I was hoping the November rewards and on would be easier for you to send, but it looks like this won't be the case. 😥 Needless to say, I'm upset with Patreon for overlooking something so fundamental to creators that produce content on a monthly cycle. Could there be a way to keep track of patrons on a separate spreadsheet sheet as they pledge, then refer back to that spreadsheet when you're sending rewards later? I don't know, but there somehow has to be a way to make your life easier until Patreon gets off their butts. More than ever, THANK YOU for all the work you put in. 🥺 October rewards are amazing as ever! ✨

Jeeze, you'd think Patreon would find a way to make it easier for creators to just do their biz... I'm glad you were able to get the rewards out despite that. No probs, I never worry about the rewards coming out even if they're delayed because you always keep tabs on it with us and let us know.
