You saw that in the end of February my Instagram got disabled wrongfully 🫠 It was off for a whole week in the middle of some important negotiations, and after I got it back, I was having lots of glitches there and it stressed me a little, I confess 🫠 Now it's working again, but my reach has significantly lowered! Like, before it was already lower than usual, but now 💀💀💀 My backup account has only 80k and has almost the same reach as my main account that has more than 400k followers 🫠
Then I had some important medical exams to do, I got the results last week and thankfully all the issues I was dealing with are gone now 😊 So yay! Good news then ❤️
Last week was very busy! You must have saw on my Insta, but now my new fitness coach is simply the one and only Francielle Mattos (my muse). It is a dream come true for me! 🥺 I’m very happy to be part of her team now 💪
So, last Monday my new workout and meal plan started! 😁 Now my intake is 1300 calories per day, which is 200 less than what I was used to! Which means, yes, I’m officially in cutting season 😎 (yay!)
Last week I’ve also done all of my February sets, and as soon as the photographer finishes and send me the photos, I’ll be delivering February rewards 🥳 Don’t worry, I’ll be doing a new post once they’re ready 😁
Well, I don’t even have to tell you that I was wayyyy too much tired last week 🫠 My whole routine changed and I was producing content for February while working on the costume for March 😅 BUT I’M HAPPY SO IT’S OK! 😂
I was planning to write this post on Saturday, but I had some family problems that I had to take care of. And on Sunday I was off to another city to play the regionals! I placed 23 of 76 players 😊 I had 4 victories and 3 losses. It would be 2 losses and 1 draw, but a draw would impact negatively to both players… and according to my thoughts, my opponent had more chances to top the regionals than I, so I gave up of the match before time ended so he could win. I don’t regret of my decision, but I know I would have placed better than 23 with a draw 🤪
Anyways, I already talked a lot! This week I’ll be doing March sets, and I’m very excited to show off some previews! 😁

Time for the summary of this season, as this is the recap episode, every anime gotta have a recap episode so they get time to draft the next season 🤭 Instagram reach = I wonder if you got shadowbanned 🤔, like you got back the account but still a shadowban Medical exams = 🥺🥹 at least everything is ok now 🥹, best news of the month Inspiration as your coach now = 2nd best news of the month 🥹 1st is Vedo health good 🥹 “Too much” tired = well new coach and clean bill of health is worth the disruption I think, so that now it’s better Family problems = sigh 🥺 Yugioh tournament = yay 🥹,, also that’s the MOST VEDO thing to do of giving up the match to help the other person advance 🤭🤭🤭🤭

There's a saying that goes, "There is always a rainbow after every storm.", and I can say that things seems to be looking better after that rough month you experienced. I must had missed it, but I didn't realized you're now part of your role model's team, so congratulations, Danielle! That was also very noble of you to take the lost for your opponent, that's inspiring to read! Not only do we need more people like you, but we all need to be like you so the world would be more of a better place. The selfless act of yours is what makes you a true winner, in my book.

I'm amazed at your level of sportsmanship at the competition, giving your opponent the win instead of taking a draw. Even still, 23 out of 76 is very respectable and you should be proud! 🤗 I hope things improve for you on Instagram. It's possible some of those 400k followers are accounts that are no longer being used. I heard of YouTubers with millions of subscribers only receive tens of thousands of views per video for a similar reason. I hope your content and stories eventually reach new people and you gain followers to replace some of the old ones. 🙏 A lot of people out there are missing out on the wonderful person you are! ❤

Ey no sweat, sometimes you gotta get your shit sorted. We always worry about you of course but we wish you well! I'm so excited for all the good things happening! You're stronger now that you've had a few losses though so keep pushing through. To be honest since Rebirth came out I shirked my workout plan a bit harder than I'd like to but I'm picking up momentum again. Sending good vibes to you as you adjust your caloric intake. I know how hard that shit is >_>;! Stay encouraged and strong! You're doing great!!!

Going 4 - 3 in a regional is awesome! Glad to hear everything is better and hopefully the recovered IG account returns to its original outreach. Looking forward to see what March has in store for us!
