Just close your eyes and take a deep breath, focus on the breathing Go take some fresh air in ur guys patio area also, doesn’t have to be long, like 10-20 mins (factually objectively proven, when you stay inside a room for long the CO2 Levels build up, which impairs the mind, it’s great for binging anime or games, but not for focus work which then requires taking a break every now and then )
