There are other methods described in old texts that say Succubi steal sperm from men, and give it to the Incubi, who impregnate mortal women with it. Somewhere in this process it is corrupted, and results in demonic, deformed children.

Yes; Adam, during his dovorce with Eve, bred with Lilith and Na’amah to birth the Plagues of Humankind, and Agrat bat Mahlat bred with King David to produce Asmodeus. Whether Adam was considered mortal is questionable but David was definitely mortal.
