They were closed for a long time afterwards, so it was a thrill to be able to go back. It truly is a very special dining experience that I would highly recommend if you have the chance.
The eight course menu, was nothing short of exquisite and the service is impeccable. I found out that the same wait staff has been together since they opened in 1998. Isn't that incredible? I was able to meet the chef and he was kind enough to sign my menu. It was a very special night indeed!

Thank you! That would be so much fun. I have yet to try one....I'm kind of a snob about meat being Argentine. We would have to make sure not to eat breakfast or lunch. I hear the amount of food they bring you is insane! 😚
